Button URL Redirect Not Working on Specific Pages

I need to make several buttons on a report that when clicked redirect the user to a specific URL pulled by a measure. 

 

The buttons are not working on the intended page but when I copy and paste the exact same button to a new page it works perfectly. 

 

Does anyone have any idea why it won't work on the original page? Could this be a bug?

@ematheny check the measure you are using, put measure in a table visual, and see if you are getting the expected URL.

Thank you! This helped us realize there was a relationship in the data model we forgot to delete which was causing the time slicers to interfere with the measure.
