Dear All,
I think I found a bug regarding the "HASONVALUE" calculation, so when there is only one element in a list, the hasonvalue can't work in a proper way.
Could you please advise?

For what you're trying to do, since in the context of the matrix there is only one country within Arab States, HASONEVALUE ( Sheet1[Country] ) returns TRUE for both the Region and Country level.
You can use the ISINSCOPE function instead of HASONEVALUE and you should only see values at the country "level".
By the way, would you want to consider aggregating with SUM instead of SELECTEDVALUE? SELECTEDVALUE will return either the single value in the Summa column or blank if there are multiple values.
