As subject indicates...
I am able to click the button and the "image" generates, but when pasted to PPT or MS-Word, the image is blank (white). All the other items appear normal - see attached screenshot of the related metadata.
Screenshot is not preferred since the visual is vertically larger than the screen by 2-3 times.

Based on my tests, I can reproduce your question:
Then I did research and analysis on the official documentation based on your situation, the Deneb visual you used is a PBI certified visual, but it seems to have used and applied themes and colors at the time of creation, encountering the restrictions on custom visual mentions in the official documentation:
