Blank Measure output if before a certain date

Matrix below with measures as values and then switched to rows.  How do I blank all values for the Frequency and Incidence rate measures prior to Apr-22 but retain the pre Apr-22 values for the other five measures?

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data. We can better understand the problem and help you.
