Archive old data for previous months and load only new data

Hi, I have a power BI which contains the data from 2021 until now and the data will keep increasing monthly. The file is quite big now, so if there any option that I can make the data for period lets say 2021 to become an archive number and everytime when i do refreshing after uploaded new data, the old data won't reload and refresh?
