I believe that the answer you are looking for is Power BI Desktop, a free download, or Excel with the Power Query add-ins. The service adds automatic refresh, a web front end, external sharing but if you are looking for offline functionality, Desktop is your answer, unless I do not understand the question, which is also entirely possible.

so the only way to show data online is by using pyramids or BI publisher.

Support within Reporting Services is on the road map for SQL Server 2016 at some point after release but no date has been given.
Short of a screen shot and pasting it into a web page, that is my understanding.
