Bi Offline
Hello , would like to know if there is nay way to run power bi oiffline without publishing any data to online on bi or pyramids . if there's any way to do that please inform
Yeah, no. Sorry, not possible to my knowledge. The Service is what adds the automatic updates and web capabilities. :(

I believe that the answer you are looking for is Power BI Desktop, a free download, or Excel with the Power Query add-ins. The service adds automatic refresh, a web front end, external sharing but if you are looking for offline functionality, Desktop is your answer, unless I do not understand the question, which is also entirely possible.
- ya , downloaded the desktop version x64 and made my data up with CSV and its working fine , question is how to run it on web browser like for example http://localhost thats what i am asking and for sure yes i need queery to be automated updated
