BIpm : Interactive Directive Flow Map Visual - Glitches

Hi, 

I have been working on creating a dashboard with insights w.r.t Process Mining. I am trying to incorporate a Process Map in my dashboard and found the BIpm Visual from the marketplace. However, the graph powered by R, is quite glitchy. It works like a charm sometimes but is unable to process my data accurately more often than it does. It either takes too long to load and thus times out or it simply fails to provide the accurate numbers in the graph. Is this graph likely to get updated in terms of its processing time or glitches?

Does anyone have any idea about some other visualisations or options I could tap into for a process map?
