Average by Week

My Data is as  follows, with data going back to the start of the year

WeekWeek Start DateNameEmails Sent
3814/09/20Person 1150
3814/09/20Person 2256
3814/09/20Person 3189
3707/09/20Person 1354
3707/09/20Person 2156
3707/09/20Person 3345

And I'm looking to create another column of the average emails sent per week, so it would look like the below:

WeekWeek Start DateNameEmails SentEmails Sent (Weekly Average)
3814/09/20Person 1150198
3814/09/20Person 2256198
3814/09/20Person 3189198
3707/09/20Person 1354285
3707/09/20Person 2156285
3707/09/20Person 3345285

So my question is, how do I create a column which can do this?

@morgancampbell , Please try a new column like

Averagex(filter(Table,[Week Start Date] =earlier([Week Start Date])),[Emails Sent])
