Auto refresh not eligible. Support required
Hi, I cant access the refresh section. Can someone advise. Thank you.

You may not be able to see the refresh section because you are not the owner of the semantic model.
To gain access and enable auto-refresh, you will need to take ownership of the semantic model. Once you assume ownership, you will have the necessary permissions to configure auto-refresh settings

How can I check if im the owner of the semantic model? If not, how can I take ownership? its showing that my data gateway (personal mode) is offline or couldn't be reached so I cant even do a manual refresh. Can you help? Thank you

Either you havent set up the credential or a gateway connection to the data source. Thats why it is still greyed-out. Theres also a possibility that your data source cant be set up with an auto refresh. What is your data source type?

It;s showing that my data gateway (personal mode) is offline or couldn't be reached so I cant even do a manual refresh. I'm getting data from a connector through snowflake. Can you help? Thank you

As mentioned by Shivu-2000 , you will need to own the semantic model to be able to set it up.
If you scroll up in the setting, you should see "configured by":
