Authenticate using REST API to PowerBI

Please provide REST API steps for below tasks if anyone have.

• Authenticate to PowerBI (https://powerbi.microsoft.com)
• Publish pbix file to powerBI
• Publish reports(powerbi) to Web

I can't find any article regarding publishing reports(powerbi) to Web using API, however, it is very simple to do it using the feature of "Publish to Web" in Power BI Service.
