Arrange the calculated value in 1 row

Hi community,

I would like your help in visualising the data in a single row. Currently the data is arranged in multiple rows and it doesnt fit the requirement. A notification number can have multiple sort numbers. the column A4 should be used to calculate the sort number which has the value of 4, A5 to calculate the sort number with value of 5, A6 to calculate the sort number with value of 6, A7 to calculate the sort number with value of 7, A8 to calculate the sort number with value of 8.

When visualizing the data in a single row and not in multiple rows.

Even If one sort number under a given notification number is IN PROGRESS, the whole A4 status should be IN PROGRESS
