Appended table preview not loading in query

My individual tables load very quickly but the appended table where I've combined these 3 individual tables is taking forever to load in the query. How can I speed up the process?

well if you can't provide sample data, its nearly impossible for someone to know how to help without understanding what is in your data and the code details provided in the advanced query.
