An error while connecting to SQL base

Hello!

When I try to connect to SQL Server I recieve an error:

An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'Could not load file or assembly 'System.EnterpriseServices, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. Either a required impersonation level was not provided, or the provided impersonation level is invalid. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070542)'

But when I run PBI as administrator everything is alright. How to fix this error without using administrator's account?

Thanks in advance!

How you are trying to connect to SQL Server?

Is it working in Power BI Desktop ?

Is it giving error in Power BI Service or PBI Report Server?

Does your user have given permission to SQL DB ?

@FarhanAhmed We use the latest version of PBI desktop. Trying to Get Data -> SQL Server.

There's no doubt the user has all needed permissions to SQL DB because when I run PBI desktop as Administartor and we authetificate using "alternative credentials" and enter user's credentials, everything works properly. But when user runs PBI desktop in usual way he gets this error just after he clicks Get Data -> SQL Server.

This is very known issue when using Alternate Credentials. Microsoft itself recommend it to open it using "Run As Administrator." Unfortunately whenever you will try to add new table in your model, you need to do it same.
