An error occurred while rendering the report / December update 2019

Since I've gott the December Update on PBI desktop, I cannot use any custom visuals from the marketplace. The app keep displaying "An error occurred while rendering the report". 

I've deleted and re-installed the app, it does not work. Both PBI server and desktop giving the same issue.

Anyone with similar issue?

@v-chuncz-msft  I've tried all solutions available in the form, including deleting re-installing the app. Clearing chache folder and all other possible solutions. None of them worked for me. 

I would like to highlight once again that this problem occuring since the December 19 update. 

Seems to me this is PBI dec 19 update related issue.
