Amazon Redshift Connectivity Error

Hi Experts,

I am new on connecting Amazon Redshift to Power BI. Please look at the following error. What kind of prerequisite configurations should I do on Redshift before connecting the same to Power BI?

Error:

ODBC: Error [08s01 Could not connect to server: Connection timed out.

Is the server running on host and accepting TCP/IP connection on port 5439?

Attempt to connect once then go to File==>Options and Setting ==>Data Source Settings select the Redshift connectionthen click Edit Permissions Change uncheck the encryption and change the privacy level to Public.
