Aggregation between 2 tables

Hi PowerBi Community,

I have two tables (Resources and Time)

There is a field in resource called Resource and a field in Time called Amount. I was wondering how i would go about doing an aggregation between the two fields (Resource - Time). I have tried using a measure however it provides me with the whole sum which isnt what i want. I would like to do a row by row aggregation. Possibly a sumx so i can have the aggregated value per row.

Thanks in advance

Hi @TodGrindley

Two questions to clarify what you are trying to do:

1. By 'aggregation' you mean you want to add Resource+Time ??

2. If the data are in different tables, how do we know which row goes with which in the 'aggregation' you want to perform?
