Advanced Gantt Chart - Definitive Logic | Flag Settings

Hi everyone,

It's kinda a pretty simple question although I suppose It would be difficult to get an answer: I don't know how to put flags (milestones I suppose) on this Advanced Gantt Chart from Definitive Logic. I've already put date data in "Flags" option but nothing happens, except the legend that appears.

There is a "WBS" option but i dont know what it is. Can you help me? Thx

Have you downloaded their sample report and checked how they’ve done it? Try replicating it in your report ?
It seems like they are using true/false values for the milestone column.

Can you send me the official link? That's nice. However it would not work in my case, but it's good to know they have some kind of orientation because I didn't find it anywhere. Thx

Usually, when you click on a visual in the marketplace, each visual has a sample available for download.

Anyway, I’ve attached the downloadable sample for your reference.

Hi @rlarango 
Try checking that your date field for the flags is in Date/Time format. Also, check that the flag Label is populated for proper labeling. If the flags are still not showing up, please remove any filters that might be impacting the chart. Also, to better provide assistance, can you provide some screen shots of your setup? This will allow me to understand the issue better and provide more accurate advice.

You can see that in spite there is a legend, it's not showing up properly. 

All columns selected for this visual were in date format. I've changed all of them for date/time as you recommended. I still has the problem
