Advance Toggle Switch by TME

Hi guys!

Just wondering, Is it possible to select all values from a column except 1 value in toggle switch?

For Instance- I would like to have Australia As a ON value and Other Countries as OFF (I have more than 100 Countries)

I have uploaded the pictures. 

If its possible please give some instructions

@meIdo , Based on what I got. You need a new column

If([Country]= "Australia", "On", "Off")

[meIdo]
