Additional Visual Header

Hi Team 

I'be recently just started seeing this new header on all my visuals and cannot seem to remove it. Is this something new or is there a way to get rid of it??

@ZachUnger I think this is how the original header use to appear, must be a very old report. Try to make the change in setting as shown below and see if it works:
