I have this visual and I'd like to create a measure or find a way for PowerBI to show a zero instead of blank values. So I'd like to insert a '0' into the 'Pro_B' column where there are currently blanks.

@Anonymous , Usually we add +0 to the measure
Measure = sum(Table[Value])+0
But it may create a complete left join. So try like this example
0 between range
Measure = var _1= SUM(Opportunity[Opportunity count]) +0
var _min = minx(ALLSELECTED('Calendar'), 'Calendar'[Date])
var _max = maxx(ALLSELECTED('Calendar'), 'Calendar'[Date])
return
CALCULATE(if(max('Calendar'[Date]) <_min || max('Calendar'[Date]) >_max , BLANK(), _1))
