Happy to answer your questions. You can change the Y-axis title and add FY 2022, and FY 2023 to the Y-axis:
Another alternative solution is to use a text box as the title. Set the background color of the text box to the same color as the page, then adjust the position of the text box to match your visualization.

How to also add two titles FY 2022 and FY 2023 on both parts of line graph.
