Adding a column messes up calculated measure

I have a pareto analysis set up with a table that contains all variables used for the analysis. When I want to add a new column that brings in more information, it seems to recalculate the rank measure and messes the table up. It assigns a rank of 1 to about 10 accounts and a rank of 2 to about 10 accounts and so on. .

Why would bringing in another column recalculate my rank column?
