i need help with the Power Query Editor. Is it possible to add just 2-3 Rows in Table, which is already in your Data model?

@Anonymous create another table by adding new rows and then append with your existing table. Make sure the new table you create has the same column names

Hi,

You can use Table.Insert Rows

something like this :

= Table.InsertRows(#"Changed Type",5,{ [Statement Date = "1/5/2022", Currency = "EUR",Amount in Local Currency = "1"] })

where 5 is the number of the last row and what is between square brackets is the row (in this exemple trere are 3 columns Statement Date,Currency and Amount in Local Currency)

If this post isuseful to help you to solve your issue consider giving the post a thumbs up and accepting it as a solution !

Hi,

I found a simple way. In Powerquery go to settings button adjacent to 'source' in the applied steps for the concerned table. After clicking on settings you can see '+' at the end of the list and then we can add the data.

Thanks,

Praveen.
