Add a total column in a matrix based on column values

Hello team,

I'm trying to acheive something like this: a way to calculate SUM(A+B). A,B,C are not column names but column values.

SUM(A+B+C) could potentially be a grand total column. 

Wondering if there a way to acheive this: Appreciate any inputs or directions on how to approach this : 

Matrix
	A	B	SUM(A+B)	C	SUM(A+B+C)
A	100	50	150	200	350
B	100	100	200	100	300
C	50	100	150	50	200

Don't try to make Power BI behave like Excel. Avoid repeating data in your visuals.
