Add Conditional Column: if another column contains any value output 1

I’d like to Add a Conditional Column in the Query Editor called “ASQ Complete” that reads something like…

If column 1 contains anything output 1

Else if column 2 contains anything output 1

Else if column 3 contains anything output 1

Else if column 4 contains anything output 1

Else if column 5 contains anything output 1

Else 0

The columns are text columns that contain various developmental screening scores (reassuring, monitoring, concerning). If there is a value in any of the five columns (Communication, Gross Motor, Fine Motor, etc.) we consider the screener was complete.

In Power Query go to Add Column - Conditional Column. See picture. Leave "Value" blank.
Let me know if you have any questions.

If this solves your issues, please mark it as the solution, so that others can find it easily. Kudos 👍are nice too.
