Add Conditional Column: if another column contains any value output 1

I’d like to Add a Conditional Column in the Query Editor called “ASQ Complete” that reads something like…   If column 1 contains anything output 1 Else if column 2 contains anything output 1 Else...

    In Power Query go to Add Column - Conditional Column. See picture. Leave "Value" blank.
