Access to PowerBI Embedded in SFSC

Good morning everyone,

We are trying to embed some of our reports in Salesforce Sales Cloud. The process works fine as we (admins) can see the report correctly but when some other users try to access it, they receive the message, "to view this report, ask the author for access" despite the fact that they have view access to both the report and the dataset in PowerBI cloud, and that they can see the report in powerbi.com. 

Do you have any guess about what we might be overlooking? 
The dataset has RLS but the users are correctly assigned. 
We have premium capacity, and the only differences between us and other users is that we have admin access to everything, while they have view access, and we have pro licenses for development while they dont.
