AVERAGES in a Matrix Table ??

How could I solve this problem

I have a Matrix Table showing the Day of the Week and Time by Hour

I have Count of Values , but if I broaden up the time frame mroe than a week , then my Values will just increase

I would rather know the averages,  I tried to do a quick measure 

Count of number average per SOH = 
AVERAGEX(
	KEEPFILTERS(VALUES('emmain'[SOH])),
	CALCULATE(COUNTA('emmain'[number]))
)

And applies that measure as the values on another matrix table , but all it appears to be doing is summing the totals.

How could I do this correctly ?

AVERAGEX ( ALLEXCEPT ( emmain, emmain[SOH] ), COUNTA ( emmain[number] ) )
