How to capture changes in Organization reporting structure
Hello,
I am trying to build a HR Dashboard that has RLS for the organization based on its reporting structure. This I have been able to achieve by bringing in the Employee table and mapping it with a table that has the info on who reports to who etc. Now the challange I have is that I need to capture any changes in this reporting structure as well. For Example - Employee A is reporting to Manager A in Jan 2021 and then starts reporting to Manager B in July 2021, when Manager A logs in to see annual performance people reporting to him, he only sees Employee A for 6 months.
WHat would be the best way of achieving this?

RLS is a good method. You can try different managers for different time periods. The data from January to June 2021 corresponds to Manager A, and the data from July 2021 corresponds to Manager B. For details, please refer to
