API Keys

i have a couple of web links that i have generated api keys for. when i go into power bi and i apply the link to the web connector, nothing pops up to apply the api key to that link. i am not sure what i am doing wrong to get the api key applied to the web link.

 

One link is know b 4 and the other is gps track it

Here is the api link and when i apply the api key it does not work. i am not sure what i am doing wrong
