API Connection (Sprinklr)

Hello everyone!

I've been racking my brain over the last week trying to integrate the Sprinklr app with my report in Power BI. I've reached the stage where:

  • I have the API key, Access Token, JSON Body, and all other necessary values from Sprinklr.
  • I made the first API Call on Postman.

However, I'm not sure how to proceed in Power BI?

I tried going to Sources > Web > Enter the web address provided by Sprinklr > Web API > enter the key. It shows an error: "A web API key can only be specified when a web API key name is provided."

I found a description of a solution here on the forum where, instead of clicking on Web Api, we click on Basic, enter the API key into Username, and click Connect. Then it shows an error:

"We encountered an error while trying to connect. Details: 'Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://.........' (596): 596'"

Does anyone have experience with this and could offer some advice? If someone had the exact form of the code that I could write into the Advanced Editor, that would be perfect.

Thank you and have a great day!
