A User is having issues accessing the data like others

Hi, 

one of my users who is set up as a Viewer (just like every other user on the workspace) has a different view and it weirdly changed on Thursday. For example the data is suppose to look like:

But a few of the graphs are not working properly/missing data. It only happens for this one user.

we tried removing him and adding and it did not work.

maybe get the user to clear their browser cache?
