SQL query editor performance

When I am typing sql statements into the sql query editor after some time I am experiencing a delay with every character that I type. Has anyone noticed this too?

Hi @BastiaanKr

Thanks for using Microsoft Fabric Community.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

The delay you're experiencing in the Microsoft Fabric SQL query editor could be an intermittent. Try to clear cookies and caches and try using SQL Query editor, this might help you.

Temporary Glitch: Clearing cookies and caches can sometimes resolve temporary glitches within the application that might be causing the delay.

Corrupted Data: In rare cases, corrupted data stored in the browser's cache related to Microsoft Fabric might be causing the issue. Clearing the cache removes this potentially problematic data.

If the issue still persists, please do let us know. Glad to help.

Hope this information helps.

Thanks

Hi @v-cboorla-msft,

It seems that your suggestion to delete the browser's cache and cookies has fixed the problem.
Thanks.
