Dark Mode Report Toggle Using Bookmarks 10-15-2021 17:00 PM

This report is a variation of my standard report template. Where I've added a toggle to turn on/off "Dark Mode" in Power BI. Dark Mode was created by creating two versions of each report page, and then utilizing bookmarks to switch between the light and dark versions of the report pages. The bookmark toggle for this can be found in the lower left corner of the report, as indicated with the lightbulb icon.

So just want to confirm, you're not using Theme on this 2 version of the report pages, right ? Either in Dark mode page and Light mode page, it is manually give the color on each of the visual.

That's correct. This was built quite a few years ago before the new themes were available. Just some clever formatting and bookmarking for this effect 🙂
