Fabric RestAPI Cleint

I am using Fabric RestAPI client to trigger some notebooks, it was working last week.
This  week the notebooks are always in Notstarted state :

I have tested two Sempy methods with same result : 

client = fabric.FabricRestClient()

response1 = client.post(url)

------------------------------------------

fabric.run_notebook_job(NoteBook_Id, workspaceId,max_attempts=20)

Has anything changed ?

Thank you for getting back to me : I have not retested the scenario.

I managed to use spark utility : 

mssparkutils.notebook.run(). This does not work across workspaces but for time being is working and is faster.

I found fabric REST API and sempy fabric.run_notebook_job are buggy. I am using starter pool
