Re-Run from failed activity re-runs also skipped acitivties

Hi,

I have a pipeline where a variable is initialized with the current timestamp at the beginning. If an activity fails and I use 're-run from failed activity,' the variable initialization is executed again, even though the activity appears as skipped.
