Promote Data Pipelines from Dev Workspace to Test Workspace

We are using Fabric Data Pipeline for ETL purposes. We know the Git repo doesn't support data pipelines yet. But is there a way we can promote the data pipelines from Dev workspace to Prod workspace?

Unfortunately based on my understanding, automated deployment of pipelines is currently not possible and even the JSON of the pipelines are not editable and just read only.

So manual creation is the only way for now!!
