hello i need some help we have a tour de france poule and we want a rank per person based en the points and the etappe i placed a screenshot of the data below 

i want a rank for the people in the colum name based on the colum punten totaal and their rank and points changes if the colum etappe goes from etappe 1 to etappe 2 etc etc 

so bassicly i have in etappe 1 30 points than roy bouwhuis is placed at 1 
etc etc
