modify measure to get default value 0

count of deepdischarge = SUMX ( VALUES ( 'Table'[IoT device ID] ), IF ( [Deep Discharge hour]> 1, 1 ) )
 
this code will have value blank. 
 
how Can I get value 0 as default if none of IoT device has deep discharge

VAR _value= SUMX ( VALUES ( 'Table'[IoT device ID] ), IF ( [Deep Discharge hour]> 11 ) )

RETURN 

IF( _value=BLANK(), 0, _value )

count of deepdischarge = SUMX ( VALUES ( 'Table'[IoT device ID] ), IF ( [Deep Discharge hour]> 1, 1, 0 ) )
