Trying to categorize customers into 3 Tiers. Tier one and 3 are working but tier 2 I'm struggling with. It needs to be customers who are estimated to close within 90 days and don't have a signed customer agreement (872960001). The date functions are really messing me up. If anyone can help0 it would be greatly appreciated!
Tier is the column name
"Tier", each if [nik_signedcustomeragreementwdealer] = 872960000 then "Tier 1"
else if [estimatedclosedate] = DATESINPERIOD('CALENDAR TABLE V2'[Date],TODAY(), +1, QUARTER) and [nik_signedcustomeragreementwdealer] = 872960001 then "Tier 2"
else "Teir 3")

Hi @JessSherman
try with:
Tier =
VAR CurrentDate = TODAY()
VAR EstimatedCloseDate = [estimatedclosedate]
VAR SignedCustomerAgreement = [nik_signedcustomeragreementwdealer]
RETURN
IF(
SignedCustomerAgreement = 872960000,
"Tier 1",
IF(
AND(
EstimatedCloseDate <= EDATE(CurrentDate, 3),
SignedCustomerAgreement <> 872960001
),
"Tier 2",
"Tier 3"
)
)
