Showing Arrow trends

Hi ,

I have data like and below and i want to add a column for showing arrows . 

Logic for Arrows is : If the Q2>Q1 then Up Arrow , If the Q2<Q1 then down arrow . If there is no change then No change arrow .

Output should be like below :

[nish18_1990]

First bring your data into a usable format

Then calculate the delta

Then add Icons conditional Formatting
