Row Total Incorrect with USERELATIONSHIP

I'm working with a simple data set but i'm having issues calculating Owed (Sales due date - Sales by pay date).  Sales by pay date is a measure (CALCULATE([Sales due date],USERELATIONSHIP('Date'[Date],'Sales Order'[Pay Date])).

 

Few options i've tried:

[Owed] need to be created as a measure not a calculated column
