MIN GUNBARREL X = MINX(ALL('All Wellbores'), 'All Wellbores'[Gunbarrel X])

ALL('All Wellbores')

try using only 

'All Wellbores'
so 
MIN GUNBARREL X = MINX('All Wellbores', 'All Wellbores'[Gunbarrel X])
