    Anonymous , try a new measure like

    calculate(sum(Table[Values to sum]), filter(allselected(Table), Table[Values to sum] >=max(table[Values to sum])))

     

    or new column like

    sumx(filter(Table,Table[Values to sum] >=earlier(table[Values to sum])),[Values to sum])
