Previous month calculation not working for january

Hello guys, I'm pretty new to PBI and I have a Previous month measure that doesn't work for january

MoM% = 
IF(
	ISFILTERED('Requête2'[DATE VOL]),
	ERROR("ERREUR"),
	VAR __PREV_MONTH =
		CALCULATE(
			[Nombre bookings],
			DATEADD('Requête2'[DATE VOL].[Date], -1, MONTH)
		)
	RETURN
		DIVIDE([Nombre bookings] - __PREV_MONTH, __PREV_MONTH)
)

Above measure working fine for me. Try this measure on separate data. 

Are there any filters applied ??

How many times january is appearing in your data and for which january its not showing.
please provide the sample data like whats happening right now versus what you want.

Hello, I can't share my data due to organizational policy but I'll provide screenshots

Year Y

Year Y+1

As you can see, Year Y MoM% should show no value as there is no value for precedent year, and year Y+1 should show the difference between December Y and January Y+1
