Only one row is not totalling in Matrix

I have a matrix of Commission Data by Insurance Carrier, and for some reason only one carrier is not showing up in the totals.

The data type is the same, the measure is the same as the others in terms of structure. The relationships are the same. I can't seem to find what the issue is.

What sort of troubleshooting can I do/what's the reason for it not showing up?
