Hello,
I'am trying to make a calculated column like this (desired):
Person_BK | Wage | Earliest StartDate | Latest EndDate | desired |
6883 | 27.52 | 10-8-2021 | 31-8-2021 | 1 |
6883 | 27.52 | 1-9-2021 | 30-9-2021 | 1 |
6883 | 27.52 | 1-10-2021 | 31-12-2021 | 1 |
6883 | 28.93 | 1-1-2022 | 28-2-2022 | 2 |
6883 | 28.93 | 1-3-2022 | 30-4-2022 | 2 |
6883 | 28.93 | 1-5-2022 | 30-6-2022 | 2 |
6883 | 31.37 | 1-7-2022 | 31-8-2022 | 3 |
6883 | 28.93 | 1-9-2022 | 31-12-2022 | 4 |
6883 | 36.93 | 1-1-2023 | 31-3-2023 | 5 |
6883 | 37.96 | 1-4-2023 | 12-4-2023 | 6 |
6883 | 37.96 | 13-4-2023 | 31-12-2999 | 6 |
I tried rankx and sumx and this but with no result. In my efforts the 4 stays a 2 Can someone do the trick?
I can use DAX only.
Thank you so much!
Regards, Elmer
Hi @powerbifuddaa so column wage is only criteria for ranking?

Hi @some_bih,
correct but the combination with the startdate is essential.
I don't need this:
Person_BK | Wage | Earliest StartDate | Latest EndDate | NOT |
6883 | 27.52 | 10-8-2021 | 31-8-2021 | 1 |
6883 | 27.52 | 1-9-2021 | 30-9-2021 | 1 |
6883 | 27.52 | 1-10-2021 | 31-12-2021 | 1 |
6883 | 28.93 | 1-1-2022 | 28-2-2022 | 2 |
6883 | 28.93 | 1-3-2022 | 30-4-2022 | 2 |
6883 | 28.93 | 1-5-2022 | 30-6-2022 | 2 |
6883 | 31.37 | 1-7-2022 | 31-8-2022 | 3 |
6883 | 28.93 | 1-9-2022 | 31-12-2022 | 2 |
6883 | 36.93 | 1-1-2023 | 31-3-2023 | 4 |
6883 | 37.96 | 1-4-2023 | 12-4-2023 | 5 |
6883 | 37.96 | 13-4-2023 | 31-12-2999 | 5 |
If you have further questions, please let me know. Thanks!
