Need to order (rankx? sumx?)

I'am trying to make a calculated column like this (desired):

Person_BK	Wage	Earliest StartDate	Latest EndDate	desired

6883	27.52	1-10-2021	31-12-2021	1
6883	28.93	1-1-2022	28-2-2022	2

6883	31.37	1-7-2022	31-8-2022	3
6883	28.93	1-9-2022	31-12-2022	4

I tried rankx and sumx and this but with no result. In my efforts the 4 stays a 2 Can someone do the trick?

I can use DAX only.

correct but the combination with the startdate is essential.
