Need help with filtering between two table.

Hello, I am trying to find a way to filter data from few columns and between two tables. 

 

My goal is to calculate total "payload_reporting" that sent to PC01.

payload_reporting is in table1. 

 

Here are the filter that I have to take care: 

1. From table 1
